Ummmmmm.our 2.75 year old still gets in this for three meals a day. I also really like how it reclines back, so it's great for newborns, or for when baby drinks a bottle. The only problem I have is that I really wish the tray had a removable liner so I could just take if off and throw it in the dishwasher, but the tray is small and easy to remove, so it's not too hard to wash. Perfect if you are having a different gender than your first, like I did. I was so happy to see that they offer additional color/pattern options for slipcovers, so I just bought a new one and changed the look completely. It fits all of my chairs (as long as they have a back, of course) and saves so much space (hence the name, lol) It was so small and compact that I was able to put it on a top shelf in my child's closet when she outgrew it, until me second baby arrived and started using it. and I absolutely love it!!! I have used the same chair for two babies, and it's so nice not to have a big, bulky high chair taking up space in my home. I received this as a gift for my baby shower, and almost returned it because it was not the high chair I registered for, but I decided to keep it and try it. It has a 5 point harness with the tall back & just a lap belt for older kids just using the booster. With the arms still attached, it will not fit at the table, which is annoying (but they do come off!) Also, the back of the chair comes off for when you want to use it as just a booster. My husband just unscrewed them so that now my daughter (2 1/2) can be pushed up to the table. The chair has different recline positions, so you can adjust it as your baby grows & gains more head support. It is very portable & easy to travel with. It can also be used alone on the floor this comes in handy when you don't have a lot of seating, or when travelling, etc. It has been wonderful! It can fit on any chair for your table it has straps that snap under & behind the chair and you can tighten them to make it sturdy. I bought the Space Saver high chair & booster seat because my nephews had one & I liked the idea of not having a separate high chair to have to mess with. True Love this booster/high chair after 2 1/2 years! I have solved the issue by taking it to the sink for a spray down every day or so and removing the seat from the base and putting it through the dishwasher from time to time as well, neither things that can be done easily with a full size highchair. My only complaint about this highchair is that it has more nooks and crannies than I would like in terms of cleaning it, and my daughter is capable of getting food into each and every one of them. Now that we are in the house her highchair stays on a kitchen chair where we usually eat, but when we want to have a meal in the dining room it is as easy as can be to unstrap it from one chair and move it to another. Either way our girl was secure and comfortable and she was right at the right height for us to help her. When we were still in the apartment we could attach it to a chair at the small eating counter in the kitchen or (more often than not) just place it on the floor next to the coffee table. I saw the Space Saver highchair early in my research and knew right away that it was the one for us. Most meals my husband and I ate at the coffee table in the living room. When we were expecting our daughter we were living in a small apartment without an actual dining room. Giving this a 9 only because the seat cover is a pain to remove and put back on. The seat cover does wipe up nicely but it is also removable and can be put in the dishwasher, along with the straps. The tray is easily removed with one hand and it is dishwasher safe. Love the five point harness for younger kids! I'm giving this an 8 because of it did not live up to it's claims of versatility as far as booster seat goes. We found this to be very sturdy and durable through two kids, despite them being rough on it as they got older. Unfortunately, the booster seat function did not work for us at all because the arm rests on the chair were too high to fit under the table top, so we could not slide the chair close to the table. The information on the box said it could also be used as a booster seat, which is another reason I choose this item on my registry. I registered for this space saver high chair and it worked great as a high chair. So when we found out we were expecting we didn't really want to try to squeeze a high chair into the area as well. The dining area in our house is relatively small we have a dining room table and four chairs and there really isn't much room for anything else.
